I didn’t have to wait a long time for the nurses to come and update me on my labs. They kept me informed and detailed on test they wanted to run and the diagnosis.

Each staff member I encountered was warm, communicative and kind. They provided the care I needed with compassionate energy and know how. We hadn’t even finished the paperwork and they called my husband back to treat him.

Staff were so kind. Every single person was above and beyond in their caring energy. I’ve never dealt with medical staff this pleasant before.

The level of care was great too. My husband had a severe allergic reaction to an ant bite, and they were able to set him right very quickly and even had him rest in the room for hours after to monitor him.

They made sure I had dinner and water and a comfortable place to sit while my husband was sleeping and being monitored.

I am so glad we chose to drive an extra four minutes to go to the well reviewed ER. Highly recommend.

The experience at West Plano was a really good one. I found all of the people there to be professional, friendly and compassionate. I would recommend this place.
