We hadn’t even finished the paperwork and they called my husband back to treat him. Staff were so kind. Every single person was above and beyond in their caring energy. I’ve never dealt with medical staff this pleasant before. The level of care was great too. My husband had a severe allergic reaction to an ant bite, and they were able to set him right very quickly and even had him rest in the room for hours after to monitor him. They made sure I had dinner and water and a comfortable place to sit while my husband was sleeping and being monitored. I am so glad we chose to drive an extra four minutes to go to the well reviewed ER. Highly recommend.

The experience at West Plano was a really good one. I found all of the people there to be professional, friendly and compassionate. I would recommend this place.

They take care of you like you are the only person in the room. Any thing you need don’t (e.g. cat scan, blood test) all done right there with results during your visit. I literally walked in and was given a room, pain medicine and the best nurses ever right away. For any future ER needs(which i hope doesn't happen anytime soon) I will be at the West Plano ER..The Dr was professional, courteous and had wonderful bedside manner. I was treated like a human not just another number with an insurance card. Thank you to all for such wonderful care and helping me yesterday.

Hayley was my nurse and drew my blood, she was so kind and gentle! All staff was welcoming and my visit was quick! I would definately recommend to have outpatient imaging as well as blood draw  done at this facility!! Thank you West Plano for offering this service to all in Plano!!!
