I came in about a week and a half ago, and every single person I interacted with—from the front desk staff, X-ray technician, nurse, and doctor—was absolutely incredible. Everyone was kind, compassionate, professional, and made a stressful situation so much easier. A special thank-you to Earl, who went above and beyond by taking extra time to help me with several different needs throughout my visit. His patience and genuine care did not go unnoticed. I also called today to request a copy of my X-rays on a disc, and the woman who helped me over the phone was just as friendly, accommodating, and pleasant. I honestly wish I could give 10 stars. This level of customer service at a medical facility is incredibly rare, and the entire team deserves recognition. Thank you all for providing such exceptional care!

The most pain I’ve been in my entire life and within just a short amount of time I was assessed, CT scanned, and treated. Bedside manner of the Doctors and Nurses were amazing! I see so many people in healthcare not truly listening to patients it was nice  change especially being on the receiving end of it. If you’re ever hiring I’d love to be a part of this team.
